How Long Does Shipping Take?

Items purchased online are generally processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is ready to be sent to you.

Pre-Sale items ship after the given date.

Local orders for London & Area are available for local pick up & delivery 2-3 days after ordering

The only exception being our “white label” Trade orders which can vary based on the project.

Major Ontario cities can expect their orders to be delivered in 1–2 business days after we send it out. Other Ontario cities and towns can expect their order within 3 days.

Any other Canada-wide orders can be expect their order to arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

USA Customers can expect their orders within 4–7 days from dispatch. Other International customers can expect their orders in 6–10* days from dispatch. 

(Based on delivery to major urban centers)

 If your order qualifies for Free Shipping (Over $100), your parcel is shipped via Expedited Post as the default shipping option.
